Sharing your data
We don’t sell your personal data. We only share it where we need to in order to run the business and deliver our work, for example with:
- Trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend) and the tools we use to manage campaigns, all acting on our instructions.
- Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta) where they’re part of the services you’ve asked us to deliver.
- Professional advisers, or authorities, where we’re legally required to.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) to keep your data protected.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it, for the purpose we collected it, or to meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiry data that doesn’t become a client relationship is kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of our engagement and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
